ROLE OVERVIEW

Location: Hybrid - 3 locations available: Milton Keynes, Glasgow, or Bradford

Package: £90,000 - £127,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

What you’ll be doing:

Design and deliver functional architectures for payment-focused projects, ensuring seamless system integration and compliance with architectural standards
Review and refine technical designs from engineering teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles and best practices
Ensure solutions meet strategic business goals and comply with relevant industry regulations and standards
Collaborate with cross-domain engineering and architecture teams to promote best practices, reusable patterns, and innovative solutions

Main Skills/ Requirements:

Deep expertise in payment processing systems, including gateways, MT SWIFT messaging, and ISO 20022 standards
Demonstrated ability to define and document architectures that align technical solutions with strategic business objectives
Hands-on experience designing and implementing multi-cloud architectures across diverse platforms
Strong proficiency in APIs and microservices architecture, with a focus on scalability and performance
Knowledge of international payment systems and cross-border transaction frameworks is a plus
