• Employment Type: Full-time

• Education: Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM / DHM)

• Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Operations: Oversee daily corporate cafeteria operations, smooth food counter flow, and site logistics.

• Vendor & Supply Management: Coordinate with partner kitchens and vendors to ensure quality standards, food safety, and compliance with SLAs.

• Digital & Tech Adoption: Assist users on-site with app-based ordering, digital payments, and automated kiosk systems.

• Audit & Quality Control: Perform routine hygiene checks, service audits, and handle site escalation processes.

• Customer Support: Gather employee feedback and resolve queries to maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• Hospitality background with strong communication and site-coordination skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume rush hours efficiently.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel / Google Sheets for daily operational reporting).
